ITINERARY
Day 1, ARRIVAL AT MEXICO CITY
- Arrival at International Airport in Mexico City.
- Meet and Greeting at Airport.
- Transfer In from Airport to Hotel in Mexico City.
- Free Evening.

Day 2, MEXICO CITY TOUR
- 8:00 Breakfast at hotel.
- 9:00 Departure for Tour to the Historic Center of Mexico known as Zocalo or Plaza de la Constitution, there you´ll know the National Palace where you could see the Macro Mural painted by the famous Mexican muralist Diego Rivera in which different scenes of the story of Mexico are represented. Then you will visit the outside area of the ruins of Tenochtitlan the Aztec Empire´s Capital; later you will visit the Metropolitan Cathedral, the largest in Latin America and one of the most outstanding works of the Spanish American Art. It was built over three centuries and includes various styles of architecture in the Era of the Viceroyalty.
- Lunch in a local Mexican restaurant.
- Continuation the Tour on Reforma Avenue, one of the largest and most beautiful avenues in the City where you will appreciate various monuments such as The Angel of Independence, The Diana, Torre Caballito, Statue of Charles V, Statue of Cuauhtémoc, you will also appreciate the majestic building the Main Tower, an admirable building, which used very advance technology to avoid the impact of earthquake, one of the tallest building in Mexico and in Latin America. You will continue tour on Chapultepec and Residential Lomas area, then in the afternoon you´ll visit the Anthropology Museum one of the finest in the world where your guide will show and explain the Sala Mexica.

Day 3, MEXICO CITY - BASILIC OF OUR LADY OF GUADALUPE - PYRAMIDS OF TEOTIHUACÁN
- 8:00 Breakfast at hotel.
- 9:00 Tour to Basilic of Guadalupe, the patron of Mexico, and the Queen of the Americas, with a licensed Tour Guide specialized in history, culture and religion. Visit the Old and New Temple, time to meditate.
- Continue the Tour to the Pyramids of Teotihuacan where you can admire and climb the Sun and Moon Pyramids and walk down the Avenue of the Gods, visit the Jaguar temple, Quetzalcoatl temple, and butterfly sanctuary.
- 14:00 Optional lunch at local Mexican restaurant.
- 16:00 Departing back to Mexico and the hotel.

Day 4, MEXICO CITY - MERIDA
- 7:30 Breakfast at hotel.
- 8:30 Check Out Hotel and transfer to International Airport to take domestic flight to Mérida, Yucatan.
- Arrival and meet and greeting.
- Departing for Panoramic tour of Mérida, the white city founded in 1542, Merida still retains much of its old-world charm. After your orientation walk around the hotel, wander through the Old Town, check out some museums and stroll the city streets, which are alive with art and culture. Hang out in the green and shady Plaza Grande, with the 16th-century cathedral on one side and City Hall, State Government Palace and Casa Montejo on the others. For a taste of Merida's 19th-century glory, go for a walk along the mansion-lined Paseo de Montejo. Mornings are the best time to visit the outdoor markets, where you can stock up on hammocks and Mayan replicas. This is also a great place to sample local food specialties, such as 'cochinita pibil' or the highly spicy El Yucateco hot sauce.

Day 5, MERIDA - CHICHEN ITZA - CANCÚN
- 7:30 Breakfast at hotel.
- 8:00 Check Out Hotel and Tour to Chichen-Itza, the greatest Mayan City of the neoclassic Period of the Mayan Civilization.
- The UNESCO recognized the archaeological site of Chichén Itzá as a World Heritage Site, and nine years later, in 2007, it received recognition of millions of people around the world, as one of the Seven New Wonders of the World.
The Maya forged a broad domain with a unified culture whose center was Chichén Itzá consolidating itself as the most important center of power in the Yucatan Peninsula. - Luncheon at a local restaurant (beverages not included).
- Continue to visit the majestic cenote IK KIL, where its surface is surrounded by a lot of vegetation, while you enter and go down the stairs made of stone there you will find small balconies where you can see how beautiful it is around, then you will reach a platform that gives you access to the crystal clear waters, you can see the depth in which it is and also see its small catfish that live in it. Time to swim in its crystal clean waters.
- 16:00 Continuation to Cancun with a trip of 3 hours approximately from Chichen Itzá.

Day 6, CANCUN
- At leisure, free day to enjoy the beautiful beaches of Cancun, offers a variety of excursions and activities (price not included); suggestions: Xcaret Plus Tour, Swimming with Dolphins, Catamaran Tour to Isla Mujeres, Xplor Theme park or Tour to Playa del Carmen or Cozumel.

Day 7, CANCUN - SAN JOSE, COSTA RICA
- Breakfast at hotel.
- Transfer out to Cancún International Airport to take flight to Costa Rica.
- Arrival at Juan Santamaria International Airport in San José, Costa Rica.
- Our representative will be at the Airport waiting for you, meet and transfer to San Jose.
- Touring the East side of San Jose, the first thing we will see is Democracy Place and the National Museum, the Courts, Los Yoses, San Pedro Mall, Hispanidad Fountain and the Rodrigo Facio Campus in the University of Costa Rica. After we have seen the capital’s main attractions, our first stop will be in the impressive Pre-Columbian Gold Museum and the beautiful National Theater.
- Lunch at local restaurant.
- The tour continues to the western section of San Jose: La Sabana Metropolitan Park, Costa Rican Contemporary Art Museum or the first International Airport in Costa Rica, the National Gymnasium, the Comptroller’s office, residential area of Rohrmoser, Nunciatura, Nobel Peace prize winner Oscar Arias Sanchez’s home, Rohrmoser Boulevard and Pavas section. At the end of the tour, you will have the opportunity of visiting an interesting Shopping place where you will be able to buy a souvenir of your visit of San Jose.

Day 8, SAN JOSE - ARENAL

Day 9, ARENAL - LA FORTUNA WATERFALL
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- The tour starts moving down a path of about 500 meters to the impressive Fortuna Waterfall characterized by a drop of more than 60 meters and its fresh, clean and clear water. On the tour you will see some plants, trees and animals in the area such as sloths, toucans, orioles, butterflies, among others. If you want to cool off in its waters, take pictures of the place or simply relax and admire the beauty of Fortuna Waterfall. At the end of the tour we enjoy a delicious snack of fresh fruits to charge energy. Fresh fruit and bottled water included.
- When visiting La Fortuna Waterfall addition to know this great natural wonder, you will help generate resources to the Association of Community Development to invest in works of social interest, benefiting schools, health nutrition, Hogarcito the waif, infrastructure vial and others. What to bring: Hiking shoes or sneakers, comfortable clothing, change clothes, towel, swimsuit, raincoat, mosquito repellent.

Day 10, ARENAL - MONTEVERDE
- Breakfast at Hotel.
- We will take the fastest way to get to Monteverde; We pick you up at your hotel and take you to Lake Arenal where we will be waiting for the boat to cross to the Chiquito River. After an hour and a half of travel by car and we finish our trip being this a transfer of about two hours and 45 minutes.
- At leisure in Monteverde to use the facilities of the hotel. Monteverde is famous for its cloud forests are brimming with plants and animals, its zip lines and suspension bridges are the longest and exciting in the country, and its coffee is tasty.
