ITINERARY
Day 1, MEXICO CITY
- Arrival at the International Airport in Mexico City.
- Transfer to the Hotel in Mexico City.
- We will recommend to get out to the streets and have a walk in the area surrounding your hotel and enjoy Reforma Avenue, main and most pretty avenue in Mexico, which at evening get illuminated, full of colors over the many important monument laying on Reforma Avenue, different dining options, cafes and a shopping center Reforma 222. Do not escape of your one greatest photo opportunity at Monument of Angel of Independence on Reforma.

Day 2, CITY TOUR
- 8:00 Breakfast at the hotel.
- 9:00 Departure of the tour from the Hotel Lobby to the Historic Center of Mexico, known as Zócalo or Plaza de la Constitución, here you will visit the National Palace where you will observe the Macro Mural painted by the famous Mexican muralist Diego Rivera in which they represent different scenes from the history and development of Mexico. You will also visit the external area of the ruins of Tenochtitlan, which was the capital of the Aztec Empire, which is exactly at the area where the Zócalo was built by the Spanish who conquered Mexico in XVI. Later on, you will visit the Metropolitan Cathedral, the largest in Latin America, one of the most outstanding works of Hispanic American Art which was built over three centuries and encompassing in the same space the different styles of the Viceroyalty era. It will be wrapped in the historical center of all the architectural jewels of Mexico, being one of the most representative and big squares in Latin America. It has remained the center of the religious, cultural historical, political center of Mexico si for almost 500 years.
- 12:00 Panoramic Tour on Reforma Avenue, one of the main and most beautiful Avenues in the City where you will appreciate various Monuments such as: The Angel of Independence, La Diana, Torre Caballito, Statue of Carlos V, Statue de Cuauhtémoc, You will also appreciate the majestic tower building, an admirable building, which is one of the tallest buildings in Mexico and in Latin America; you will visit Chapultepec and the Residential area of Las Lomas, later after noon you will arrive at the Museum of Anthropology one of the most important museum venues in Mexico and Latin America, where our guide will show you and explain the Mexican Room.
- Transfer back to hotel.

Day 3, BASILIC OF GUADALUPE & TEOTIHUACAN PYRAMIDS
- 8:00 Breakfast at the hotel.
- 9:00 Departure of the Tour to the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe: Queen of Mexico and Empress of America, you will know the hill of Tepeyac where the apparition and the miracle happened to Juan Diego, the garden of offerings, the Indian chapel, the old Basilica and the current one where you can admire up close the royal tilma of the Virgin of Guadalupe to which all pilgrims ask for miracles.
- The tour continues with a visit to the Plaza de las 3 Culturas, one of the most significant in Mexico City, as it reflects three important stages in the history of Mexico: the pre-Hispanic, the colonial and the contemporary.
- Later we continue to the incredible Pyramids of Teotihuacán, entrance to the Pyramids of the Sun and the Moon, you will know the temple of Quetzalcóatl, the temple of the Jaguar making a walk along the Avenue of the Gods.
- Time for lunch at a local restaurant near the Pyramids.
- Transfer to the hotel.

Day 4, MEXICO CITY - MERIDA
- 8:00 Breakfast at the hotel.
- 8:15 Check Out.
- 8:30 Transfer to Benito Juárez International Airport to take the flight suggested by Interjet 2520 to Mérida that departs at 11:30 from Mexico City and arrives at Mérida International Airport at 13:10 (quoted separately).
- 13:30 Reception at the Merida International Airport.
- 13:50 Transfer to the hotel.
- 14:30 Check In at the Hotel.
- Free time for (lunch) optional, not included.
- 16:00 Panoramic Tour of the city of Mérida starting from the Paseo de Montejo where you will get to know the Plaza Grande, the Parque de las Américas, Parque de la Ermita and San Sebastián, the beautiful Cathedral of Mérida, the monument to the Revolution and the houses most of them painted in pastel colors that together give a harmonious view of the city.
- 19:00 Return to the Hotel.

Day 5, MERIDA - UXMAL AND KABAH - MERIDA
- 8:30 Breakfast at the hotel.
- 9:00 Departure of the tour to visit Uxmal and Kabah two ancient Mayan cities located south of Mérida, both make up two of the most important archaeological sites in the Yucatan peninsula.
- First visit of Uxmal where the guide will take you to the most important places, including the Platform of the Steles, the Ball Game, the Temple of the Fortune Teller and the Quadrangle of the Nuns.
- Afer that you will visit the archaeological zone of Kabah, famous for its sac-bé entrance (an elevated pedestrian path 18 kilometers long and 5 meters wide with Triumphal Arches at both ends, connected to Uxmal), the Codz Poop or Palace of the Masks, the Palace Group and the Great Pyramid.
- Return to Uxmal for lunch.
- 17:00 Transfer to the Hotel.

Day 6, MERIDA - CELESTUM - MERIDA
- 8:30 Breakfast at the hotel.
- 9:00 Departing to Celestún National Park. Celestún, a natural paradise in the Gulf of Mexico 90 kms from the city of Mérida, a biosphere reserve, is located in a coastal corridor of wetlands with the best conservation in the western part of the peninsula, mangroves, dunes, petenes, low jungle and grasslands that protect natural live at the Yucatan Península.
- Lunch in local restaurant (drinks not included).
- Transfer back to hotel.
- Accommodation at standard double room with breakfast included at Hotel Del Gobernador 4* or similar Hotel 4* with all taxes included.
- Night at disposal.

Day 7, MERIDA - CHICHEN-ITZA - MERIDA
- 7:30 Breakfast at the hotel.
- 8:30 Departure from the hotel´s lobby to Chichen Itzá “Mouth of the Well of haunted water” in the Mayan Language, one of the most important sites for the Mayans, where you will get to know the Kukulcan Pyramid, one of the seven wonders of the world modern, the history of the ball game, the astronomical observatory of the Mayans.
- Free time to enjoy knowing all that the Mayan culture involves.
- 13:30 Lunch in a local restaurant with folkloric show.
- Transfer back to Merida in case you will stay longer at the city of Mérida or you have to departure flight or transfer to Cancún or Playa del Carmen if you have extension accommodation on those Resorts (it is a ride to Cancun or Playa del Carmen of 3.15 hours approximately).
- We can offer a variety of Hotel´s accommodation in either place or others of Riviera Maya at moderate prices, if you have interest please advise.
