ITINERARY
Day 1, ARRIVAL AT CHETUMAL
- Reception at the airport and transfer to your hotel.
- Accommodation at Hotel Los Cocos 4 * or similar with all taxes included.
Day 2, CHETUMAL - BELIZE
- 7:30 AM, Departure from Chetumal to San Ignacio, Belize.
- 12:30 - 13:30 Arrival approx.
- Guided tour to Xunantunich, entrance included. Overlooking the beautiful Mopan River from an impressive hill, the ruins of Xunantunich are some of the most visited Mayan sites in the world. Located in the Cayo region, Xunantunich, which means "stone woman" in Maya, dates back to the Classical Era.
- 17:30 Return to San Ignacio.
- Accommodation in Cajal Pech Cabin located in the mountainous part of Belize.
Day 3, TOUR TO CARACOL
- Departure very early to take a tour to Caracol, includes guide, entrance and lunch. Located near the border with Guatemala, the ancient Mayan city of Caracol is the largest archeological site in Belize. Discovered in 1938, Caracol covers approximately 65 square miles (168 square kilometers) and includes more than 35,000 structures, five squares and a large amount of jungle.
The Caracol Maya Temple was discovered in 1938 by local lumberjacks, located deep in the Chiquibul Forest Reserve, it is currently the largest Maya site in Belize and one of the largest in the Maya world. - Return from Caracol to San Ignacio.
- Accommodation in Cajal Pech Cabin located in the mountainous part of Belize.

Day 4, SAN IGNACIO - GUATEMALA
- Departure from San Ignacio very early to cross the border with Guatemala. After the passage through migration we go to Yaxhá.
- Arrival in Yaxhá, an ancient ceremonial center and city of pre-Columbian Mayan civilization. The facilities have evidence of Teotihuacan influence on its architecture and Stelae. We can find the only twin pyramid complex outside Tikal, also known as the Plaza de las Estelas.
- After the visit to this great archeological zone, we moved to Flores for accommodation.
- Accommodation at Hotel Villaflores 4* or similar with all taxes included.
Day 5, GUATEMALA - BELICE - CHETUMAL
- Visit Tikal It one of the largest archaeological sites and urban centers of the pre-Columbian Mayan civilization.
The ruins are in the middle of the rainforest in the Petén basin, which formed the cradle of the Mayan civilization in the lowlands of Mesoamerica. The city is located in the middle of fertile soils with high lands, and may have dominated the natural trade route that runs from east to west through the Yucatan Peninsula. - After visiting one of the most attractive sites of the Mayan Culture, open to the public so far, we moved to the border with Belize to arrive around 3:30 p.m. to begin return to Chetumal and arrive around 10 p.m. hrs.

Day 6, CHETUMAL DEPARTURE
- Check out of the hotel.
- At the agreed time transfer hotel to the airport to take flight back home.
