10:00 AM – Visit to Rosarito Livestock Ranch (or similar)
- Explore one of the region’s most respected sustainable cattle farms.

11:30 AM – Mayan Milpa & Seasonal Farm Experience (Nov–March)

- Other months: Visit an operational vegetable, maize or tropical fruit farm, showcasing innovative practices in agroecology and sustainable farming.

1:15 PM – Guided Exploration of Ek Balam Archaeological Site

- Visit the Acropolis, climb ancient structures, and admire intricate stucco carvings and murals.
